Alliance white in our acrylic range has been developed to be a few shades lighter than Insignia AS20 white. We have done this to better suit the Bandai scale models. This is a known colour used by Production for TFA, Rogue One and TLJ. Used on the models of the T70 U-Wing and Alliance bomber to name a few. Alliance White is slightly darker and more grey than Reefer White. A genuine Star Wars colour through and through, though not technically correct for the Falcon model it has become a favourite over the years with Modelers as a choice for Base coat.
To be thinned with Archive-X AX-ATR thinner for airbrush use. Ratio's vary from colour to colour with an average of 70/30 paint to thinner. For base coating a studio scale X or Y wing we recommend just one jar. Thin's with water for brush use.
Our Base formula is unique to Archive-X and gives a much higher coverage due its clever use of a white formula before the pigment are added.
